Stacy Boegem, an attorney and Master Coach Practitioner, is the founder of The Happiness Agenda, LLC, where she coaches and trains professional and entrepreneurial women on both “hard” and “soft” skills - from marketing, sales, and systems, to overcoming fear, achieving life synergy, and consistently moving forward with clarity and confidence.
She has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, New York One, Women’s E-News, the CW’s Inside South Florida, and the Women’s Campaign Fund’s national She Should Run campaign, among others, most recently appearing in the September 2015 Boca Raton Observer feature, “She’s the Boss”.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, with a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, Stacy practiced law at Jones Day and at Golenbock Eiseman in New York, representing large financial institutions in securities class action litigation & bankruptcy matters before serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a technology startup and launching her own speaking, coaching and training business in 2011.
Stacy is passionate about helping people achieve both personal and professional success and is excited to join forces with Cori to bring her unique and refreshing approach to client development to the legal community.
Cori Flam Meltzer, Esq. is the Founder and Principal of CFM Mediation, mediating all types of civil commercial disputes with particular experience in employment law, premises liability, maritime, personal injury, contractual disputes, and insurance coverage. Cori gives parties a voice so they can settle their disputes in an efficient, cost-effective, confidential forum and avoid the expense, uncertainty, and inconvenience of litigation. Cori also frequently lectures on mediation and negotiation strategies and the interplay between gender, negotiation, and leadership.
Prior to starting her mediation practice, Cori was a commercial litigator at Hogan & Hartson in Washington, DC and a Counsel to the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee where she specialized in the areas of antitrust, technology, reproductive rights, and violence against women. Cori graduated from Harvard University and Columbia Law School and was a Senior Editor of the Columbia Law Review.
Cori lives with her husband and their three children, where she uses her mediation skills on a daily basis. She is excited to join Stacy in presenting this cutting edge program, where she can share the insights, skills and knowledge she has acquired from building her mediation practice.
